Blackbaud, Inc. and its subsidiary Blackbaud Tuition Management, LLC (collectively, "Blackbaud") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") provides you with information concerning our practices and procedures as they relate specifically to information we collect at our website and information provided to us by parents, students, and schools in connection with use of our solution Blackbaud Tuition Management (also referred to as the "Solution"). The Basics

Schools contract with us to provide Blackbaud Tuition Management and we act as their agent for the purpose of billing and accepting payments from families of schools’ students (“Families”). This means we collect data from two types of users: Families and individuals who work for or are otherwise authorized users of our school customers (“School Users”). If we use data differently for one user group versus another, we will note it below. As a service provider for our Schools, our use of Family and School User data is governed by our contracts with Schools. To the extent that a School contract contains restrictions on data use that contradict with anything below, the contract provision will prevail.
