for Troubleshooting steps
If your Blackbaud Tuition Management account does not load shortly after
entering your user name and password, then please follow the applicable browser troubleshooting steps:
For
Internet Explorer Users:
1)
Clear out your history and all cookies by
completing the following steps: Tools>Internet Options>General
Tab>Browsing History> click delete> click delete cookies>click
delete history.
2)
Close out your browser once the history and
cookies have been deleted.
3)
Re-open your browser and go to
https://parent.blackbaud.school
For
Google Chrome Users:
1)
Clear out your history and all cookies by
completing the following steps: Select the Customize and control Google Chrome
(Wrench symbol) located in the top right hand corner of your browser>
Options> click delete> click the tab "Personal Stuff">click
"Clear browsing data..."> in the pop-up window, select "Clear
browsing history", "Empty the cache" and "Delete
cookies"> click "Clear Browsing Data"

Close out your browser once the history and
cookies have been deleted.
3)
Re-open your browser and go to
https://parent.blackbaud.school
For
Mozilla Firefox Users:
1)
Clear out your history and all cookies by
completing the following steps: Tools> Clear Recent History... > Clear
Details, make sure that all items are selected > set "Time range to
clear" to "Everything" > Click "Clear Now"
2)
Close out your browser once the history and
cookies have been deleted.
3)
Re-open your browser and go to
https://parent.blackbaud.school
Apple
Safari Users:
1)
Clear out your history and all cookies by
completing the following steps: Click the button in the top right corner of the
browser to display a menu of general Safari settings > Reset Safari>
Clear "Reset"
2)
Close out your browser once the history and
cookies have been deleted.
3)
Re-open your browser and go to
https://parent.blackbaud.school
